The Oliver smith pocket Spring cool memory foam mattress is a premier luxury mattress. It ranks up against the best mattress that department stores or carries. We owe this to comforts 600 tempered steel independently-encased coils which creates an equal weight distribution to help relieve any pressure points along your neck shoulders back and hips. Another advantage to the independently-encased coil structure is it reduces motion disturbance and extends the life of the springs. Don't let the price fool you. This is the best mattress in the market for its price 2019.
100% natural organic cover and ventilated cooling memory foam - Highest RATED non Toxic Foam
Independently superbly pocketed 15-gauge pocket coils
Euro pillow top for added softness. This has a comfort PLUSH feel. This is ideal for people with back issues
100% Green foam Certified foam
Don't let the price fool you. This is a higher quality mattress at less than 1/2 the price of the "big brand" Mattress
Great bed , for the price! The picture does not do the bed justice. The panel top is wonderful. He loves sleeping on this mattress it is indeed number one and mattress at Amazon sells! You won’t be disappointed exclamationGood quality mattressWe ordered a twin to use in the nursery for baby #2 arriving this summer; I plan to room in with baby in the nursery so we can start her off in the crib from day 1. That said, I have NOT yet slept on this over night, but wanted to give an initial review, then will follow up once I've started using the mattress regularly.Pros: It arrived as scheduled, which was within about a week of ordering. The box looked quite beat up upon arrival, but the mattress inside was well wrapped in thick plastic and in perfect condition. It sprung open and unrolled easily, and was nearly full thickness within a few minutes. We did let it expand for a couple of days to make sure the top foam filled out well, and it did. It *looks* like a nice mattress. The fabric is very soft and stitching seems to be sturdy on all areas. It has a nice soft top layer with good bounce but seems very supportive. I've laid down on it for brief periods and find it very comfortable.Meh: Even for a twin size, the rolled up mattress is quite heavy. I was glad to have help to carry it upstairs. There is indeed a mild chemical odor in the materials, however this is not overpowering. I have pregnancy nose, but I have to get my face right up on the mattress to smell it. I am glad that we bought it ahead of time though, so it will have plenty of time to air out before being in the same room as a newborn and before I need to sleep on it. Others have commented about the ability to feel the springs. In some areas, I can see what they mean, however when laying down I don't find this to be noticeable. This is something I will look out for once I start sleeping on it and will update about.Cons: The claims for being organic and "green foam certified" appear to be complete puffery. There is NO content/materials label attached to the mattress stating its origin, a description of materials, or anything else like you might see on a standard mattress or other furniture/textile bought at a store in the US. The only label is the Oliver Smith label as shown in the product photo. There was no information enclosed with the mattress, either. The box was so gross and beat up we took it out to the recycling immediately, so I did not notice if any information was printed outside. "Green Foam Certified" is not a real thing, according to almighty Google. I would have bought this mattress anyway, but I feel like that should be pointed out for others.I'm glad we bought it and I look forward to using it and giving an update based on regular use. Mean time we do have some family coming to visit and guests will get to try it out first. It looks nice enough and the price and convenience have so far made it worthwhile.Update 5/1/18 - I have indeed slept on this several times now, including multiple nights in a row when I've had to stay up super late for some school stuff and didn't want to disturb my husband going to bed so much later than him. This has been very comfortable so far, even at 6 months pregnant now. It is supportive and I sleep soundly and wake up feeling refreshed. The new-mattress-smell it had at first is long gone, I don't notice a smell at all. I'm using this with a quilted cotton mattress pad and cotton sheets.Buena calidad lo recomiendo mucho este mejor de los otro venden similaresThis mattress was the perfect match to my new day bed. The height was enough not to have a gap between the mattress and the bottom bar. No pillow slipping through. I like a little firmness to my mattress. The size of queen mattress was short which was not Amazon and it is not good for pain reliefTHE MATTRESS IS ONE OF BEST BUYS AND BEST VALUES WE'VE SEEN IN DECADES! EXTREMELY WELL MADE AND VERY SUBSTANTIAL AND COMFORTABLE. HARD TO BELIEVE SUCH QUALITY CAN BE ACHIEVED AT SUCH A LOW PRICE. WE ARE NOW BUYING ANOTHER!CRAIG VAN PELTFirst off, read the description it's is NOT organic foam. It's "non-toxic" foam with springs AND and organic cotton cover. ONLY the cover is organic. It came vacuum sealed and rolled up tight. After opening is has a VERY nasty off gasing smell. I got a headache right away. Turned the fan on and hope it goes away. I'm assuming it's from the foam. Which then makes me wonder how "non-toxic" it is after all.Laying on it initially it's wayyyy more comfortable than the horrible "plus Joybed LXP" we purchased. Big mistake.Mattresses can take 30 days to break in so, I guess we'll see!Says organic cotton on the cover, also says smith and Oliver on the handles which could have easily been sewn onto ole any mattress so, it's hard to say.
