Its a firmer mattress than I thought, I don't sink in it, feels very supportive and have no pains. We have been sleeping on this mattress for over a week now and it hasn’t lost any of its shape orform I must say I am impressed! Still feel the same way i did the day I opened it up and set it up, great purchase no regrets, super comfy and just enough firmness so when one of us gets out of bed it doesn’t effect the other one.A good mattress, delivered quickly and very conveniently. I was a little worried at first as I could feel the springs through the side fabric, but the memory foam layer insulates you well from the springs when you lay on it. Mattress firmness is very personal, but for me, this mattress is medium soft, not medium firm - but it is very supportive, so if you like a softer mattress, but need good support, then this is probably ideal.The mattress seemed nice in the first look, but now after a fee days use, it has shown severe degradation on the top fabricIt is firm more than it should be and I got backaches after a while using it, definitely im going to return itSTAY AWAY FROM THIS MATTRESS, i only have less that a month and a spring almost kill my 78 years mom in the middle of the night. Bad customer service from the sellerQuality: The material is soft and comfortable, and only had a slight odor that went away over time. The mattress was packaged in a vacuum bag and there was a provided plastic opener that worked poorly. The mattress expanded fully in about 24 hours, but never actually got to the proclaimed 11 inches. The mattress barely hits 10 inches. It is quite heavy, but feels well made; hopefully, it’ll last a long time.Firmness: It is definitely medium firm; a good balance between being too soft and too hard. The hybrid construction feels better than a multilayered memory foam mattress. However, I cannot distinguish the difference between the “7 zones”, nor is there any indicator of where the zones are. Also, unfortunately, the ideal firmness is in the middle of the mattress, the edges are rather soft. If you lay too close to the edge or are just sitting at the edge, it feels like you might fall off. Expensive mattresses usually don’t have this problem, even if they’re not firm mattresses.Comfortability: I would say the mattress is still comfortable, and I have gotten good nights of sleep on it individually. I have not shared it, so it might be different if you have to lay closer to the edges. The mattress is usually cool, but like all memory foam mattresses, it can retain warmth if you lay on one spot for too long.Overall: I prefer this mattress over full memory foam mattresses simply because it’s a hybrid. I like my springs. For this price, it’s doable. I am glad that I did because I am getting a really good night's sleep, with no tossing and turning. The mattress arrived rolled up and vacuum-sealed. It was not too difficult to put in place, although very heavy as expected; I managed by myself.It is beautifully clean with a pretty top layer. After unpacking, I let the mattress expand fully for 3 days, although only 2 days are recommended by the manufacturer. Initially I thought the mattress felt too firm, but after about a week I became accustomed to it and found it very comfortable. I could notice an improvement in my sleep quality within the first week. You just feel stable and supported, it's great.wish I ordered collection of old mattress....for buyers don't forget to arrange collection of the old mattress at time of purchaseThe reason we had not is it take 12 hours for the new mattress reach optimum sizeso would have no ware to sleep in the mean time!
