Mine came with dings. It looked like it had been manhandled, but it was sealed as new, so it may have been do to shipping? Not sure, but luckily it was hidden under the mattress. It was super easy to assemble, but the instructions could have been better…. I tried this one because someone I know got it, but I think there are better bed frames that cost less than this one. It also says you don’t need a box spring, but note the spacing between the slats is 6” (more than the 3” that some mattresses require) so if you need something closer to support your mattress, this might not be right for you. And I have noticed it creaks a little after a couple of weeks, so you will have to do some tightening of everything, once in a while.Very sturdy and easy to assemble. Had to figure out what screws go where, as they weren’t labeled. Nevertheless, definitely would recommend this item.Just finished assembling this bed all by myself. Super impressed with the quality of the frame vs the price. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Wish I could find a twin xl on twin xl bunk bed like this for my other son. Very sturdy - Super happy with my purchase! Fast shipping as well.This bed is much taller than it appears in the photos. Yes the dimensions are provided and that’s my fault for not double checking what that would really look like, but it is ridiculously tall. We have a 12” mattress and our bed is now reminiscent of those super tall dorm beds. We happen to be very tall people so it’s more an annoyance than anything else. So, pay close attention to the measurements. I did not and now it’s too much effort to try to disassemble and return a cal king bed. This was also difficult to assemble. The instructions could be better labeled and some of the holes lined up horribly and I really struggled to get it out together. It does appear to be sturdy; I haven’t noticed any squeaking/shakiness.Good and solid. No noise bed and the storage space underneath is wonderful.Quality, sturdy, stylishWhat more can you say ?I LOVE IT !I installed 12 of these for our rental units. Install was pretty straight forward. Did not have any problems with mis-welded sockets for support, but some supports did not lay completely flat (approx 1/8 inch rise). Some of the corner welds were not completely square but beds assembled nicely and seem pretty firm. Will update review after usage. BTW it is much higher than Ikea bedframs so great for storage.One screw portion wouldn’t enter for some reason. Seems the inside was stripped or something. But otherwise really sturdy and cute. Pretty high, it allows for under bed storage.
