I bought this for the guest room. On the plus side, it was easy to put together with good instructions and packed well for shipment. It looks nice. I'm a small lady and I was able to do it myself, though it would be easier with two people for a couple steps. If you were focused, you will have no trouble putting the frame together in an hour. The final tightening of the bolts with the provided Allen wrench was the last step. Do not over tighten. You'll know because you can feel the metal starting to bend/mush if you crank down too much. The hardware was packaged nicely with everything marked.I didn't have a deadline for its use, which was good because the shipper forgot to ship it. So it came across the country with a heavy delay. Then one of the pieces was defective - the leg wouldn't open to a proper 90 degrees. So there were many emails back and forth about it, with me resending multiple photos and invoice copies and them responding at 3 am. Make no mistake, they were very nice about everything and they gave me a small discount for the delayed shipping. They also included some extra hardware at no charge along with the replacement part. But again, with the shipping from across the country, the weeks piled up. I'd say 4 weeks from date of order when I expected 7-10 days. Like I said, not a big deal as I'm not in a rush. The customer service was very good, but I wouldn't order if you need the frame quickly.The bed moves along the floor - slides. It is very lightweight. I have a temporary short, queen mattress one it and hope that a heavier mattress will reduce the sliding.It looks nice. The height of the headboard is adjustable to 2 heights. The color is a very deep green with a slight blue cast. For the money, it seems like a reasonable purchase.
